Example 1 – H2a, DIY, H2a, DIY, H2a (every 8 seconds)

Wildtronics SAAM microphone system sample recording of a distant bird chorus from Grouse Point in Zaleski State Forest, in Southern Ohio. None of these birds were close. Some of the woodpeckers were deep in a valley and distant. The SAAM system is an extremely low noise stereo microphone specifically designed for field recording.

Un fil di ferro è appeso ad una finestra. La finestra si muove col vento, a ritmo costante. Nell’avanti e dietro del legno, un doppio movimento si crea: l’asse orizzontale dell’anta con l’asse verticale del ferro che graffia la porta. 
La registrazione è stata fatta con microfonazione a contatto, con la piastra attaccata al ferro ad intercettarne l’andamento.

Il s’agit du cycle complet d’une journée entière ramenée à une demi-heure, enregistrée dans la péninsule de Crimée au cours d’un voyage solitaire durant l’été 2018.  L’activité sonore des insectes(principalement grillons et cigales) est indexée sur la température ambiante : elle est un marqueur sensoriel de l’environnement et une horloge biologique. Cette pièce a d'abord été conçue pour une installation en octophonie.

Yulia Glukhova (née en 1989) est une artiste sonore basée à Moscou. Son domaine d’intérêt comprend la musique électronique expérimentale, l’art technologique et le Field Recording (l’enregistrement sur le terrain).
