Led by Queensland Conservatorium’s Bachelor of Popular Music program, SEED is an innovative music project based on the Gold Coast. Since kicking off in 2012, SEED has grown from a single compilation album release to an extensive emerging musician development program. 

Each year the Bachelor of Popular Music students’ best songs are compiled into an album and distributed online. Selected artists then receive genuine career building and learning experiences, industry connections and numerous high-profile performance opportunities.

Nelson began his journey writing and playing guitar while finishing his last 2 years of high school, back in 2011. With a collection of songs, he decided he wanted to create new ideas and start performing live so took to busking at local markets on the Gold Coast, a simple start for a lot of folk singer-songwriters. just trying to spread the chill vibes and create meaningful music. new single out now! 

Brooke Austen is a singer-songwriter based in Brisbane, Australia. Her soulful, vocal-led tunes weave the sounds of the city with the feel of a small town.  Compared to artists like Mia Wray, Meg Mac and Sara Bareilles, she'll draw you in and won't let you leave until you've heard what she has to say.
