RADIO MEUH SHOW - LE JAZZ ET LA JAVA #1 (Heavenly Sweetness)

I have been into this music since I was a teenager. I remember the early days as I used to sneak off to the Eclispe for N.R.G nights hosted by MC Man Paris and the early birds like Top Buzz and DJ Rap- shit that must have been 1989....
As time went on I found myself embroiled in the house movement and traveled to places like Lakota, Bristol, London, Nottingham and Derby. Reckon I did a few stints in Birmingham too. So been around and was well into the sound of underground house music. Even had a few drum machines, synths and put together a few dittys which kept me from really making something of myself when others around me seemed to shoot ahead in their self-absorbed, fancy careers. Eventually moved onto Technics 1200’s and could be found downtown checking out the newest tunes- i could never find what i was looking for. I guess the influences I have had were representative of those experiences that I had which to be frank were intimate, personal and peculiar to the vibes i had experienced in the past. My sound was ultimately rendered with the influences of the resident dj's from the Bomb in Nottingham complimented by the earlier sounds of the DIY crew. It had to be low down deep underground ,music which informs the benchmark sound that I still look for. I hope you enjoy my rendition of that feeling. It is a recollection of those earlier hedonistic experiences that I experienced as a younger man. It’s my intention to carry forward this interpretation for others to enjoy as the sound has been more than music. It’s a feeling.... Thanks to the producers that still convey this idea that I share :))

By the way, these sets are put together using an S2 and Traktor software. Technology has moved on and I with it; for me its getting better all the time, gently fusing Dj with producer into one mighty experience.
