This double 12 inch vinyl is filled with Kraftworkian moments, but is more updated to our current times. Today computers, smart phones, AI and algorithms have taken over our daily lives. 

This release features 9 original tunes and 3 remixes by none other than: Cygnol, Lloyd Stellar and Heinrich Dressel.

The track “Cheerleaders Are Eating Flesh” is a homage to the legendary maestro I-F and his cult hit: “Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass”.

'Shapeshifting' from Heinrich Dressel - aka Italian synth musician Valerio Lombardozzi - is loosely inspired by 'creature feature' movies he watched growing up, including those of John Carpenter and contemporary horror auteurs, but just as much by natural phenomena such as glaciers, which 'shape shift' over time... and also by the fact that Valerio's music likewise shape shifts between his various musical personas and projects.

The musician has several musical projects and pairings on the go, including one with ex Claudio Simonetti's Goblin bassist Federico Amorosi - called Dressel Amorosi.

This is Heinrich Dressel's debut release for Spun Out Of Control. Catalogue number SOS 038

"Heinrich Dressel is placed in a sort of limbo where John Carpenter meets Drexciya, a 
sonorous journey through the darker side of the electro, taking the commands of the Elka 
Synthex, one of the most impressive polysynths in the history of music, planned and 
manifactured by Mario Maggi in the early 80s, as the commercial brother of the MCS70, 
synth that gave birth to a masterpice album like "Automat". 
Captivating hybrid of styles, mixing the chilling-menacing mood of the 70s / 80s lo-fi funkadelic horror 
soundtracks to outerspace synthesised soundscapes in a pure classy vein. 
This is cryptical-kosmische psychedelica with a nice electro retro touch and avant-minimalist vibes."

Heinrich Dressel is the founder of MinimalRome label, back in 2002!
