Amateur knob twiddler.

Being middle-aged, I can no longer be called a bedroom producer: I now have a fully dedicated shelf for my music gear in the "home office" part of my living room.

In need of all kinds of feedback to make better music.

Dhangsha (Bengali for ‘destruction’) is an electronic musician engaged in disruption at the interface of bass music and experimental noise. Employing minimalism, repetition and fragmentation, he juxtaposes sparse but heavy beats with 'alien' synth motifs. Various distortions impel each track towards a sense of impending collapse. He has released a number of albums including "Live at Spirit of Gravity,” "Aberrant" on label Hard Return and most recently, the cassette “Broadcast Signal Intrusion” on Brachliegen Tapes.  Dhangsha has contributed to compilations for Avon Terror Corps, The Wire, Iklectik, Industrial Coast and the vinyl "Disruptive Frequencies" on Nonclassical. He has played throughout the UK and Europe including with electronic/rap duo Yao Bobby and Simon Grab. He performed at respected experimental festivals “Supernormal,” UK in August 2024 and Bone-Iklectik in Barcelona, June 2025.
