Drawn by curiosity, by the time he was 16, Gully first step foot into the DJ booth. The thing that attracted him most was the power of music and the connection it created between the DJ and the crowd. From that moment on, combining his growing passion for electronic music with hard work, Gully had rapidly grown into one of most promising DJs from Romania. He started his residency as a DJ in his local town clubs: Medieval Club Craiova, Krypton Club Craiova, having the chance later-on to perform in some of the most famous clubs in Romania: Kristal Club Bucharest, Studio Martin, La Mania Constanta, Kudos Beach Mamaia and many others. Gaining a higher level of experience, Gully started to define and refine his electronic music style, shifting towards Minimal-Tech-House and started to make a name for himself, playing alongside some of the biggest names in the industry: John Digweed, Moguai, Dave Seaman, Danny Howells, Dubfire, Clive Henry, Tania Vulcano, Andrew Grant, Dan Ghenacia, Davide Squillace, Reboot, Matthias Tanzmann, Paco Osuna ,Johnny D, Boris Werner, Shlomi Aber, Kabale und Liebe, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Pig & Dan, Sebo K, Audiofly, Alex Under, Tadeo, Ralf Kollmann, Lee Van Dowski, Oxia, Nima Gorji, Andrey Pushkarev, Leon, Phonique, etc. As another proof of confirmation, Gully won the NIGHTS.RO AWARDS 2013 // #1 - Best Breakthrough; NIGHTS.RO AWARDS 2012 // #3 - Best Breakthrough; NIGHTS.RO AWARDS 2012 // #3 - Best Resident DJ. His story is a great example of how a young artist can reach the top in a short time. How? With great determination and an enormous love for electronic music.
