Loaf (@ashaloaf) hails from the Eora/Sydney area and has become a great friend to everyone on the Vertigo team over the past year.

We met Asha on the eve of Dimensions Festival in Croatia, and within a day, it felt like we had known each other for years. Over the next five days, we shared many unforgettable moments on the dancefloor, with Asha’s energy remaining unmatched throughout.

On the east coast, Asha's reputation continues to grow, with gigs scheduled most weekends supporting artists like Clint, Aloka, Rey Colino, and BLU:SH.

A passionate music digger, Asha brings a rich blend of progressive house, breaks, house, and dub techno to her latest mix. We hope one day she'll get to play on the best coast— the west coast.

Synth ambassadors Birdsnake create their own brand of psychedelic infused downtempo electronica, exploring the line between digital and organic. Since the release of their 2023 debut EP ‘Birdsnake Begins’ via Naarm’s Bathtub Music, the Melbourne based four piece have been building crowds with their distinct immersive live shows. A free-flowing sensory experience that seamlessly combines acid jazz, psychedelic funk and down tempo grooves, the effect is a blend of dubbed out rhythms and percussive textures that pull audiences into droney realms. Today Birdsnake return with a glistening new single ‘Rare Amulet’, featuring luscious harp from Melbourne’s Genevieve Fry amidst pulsating nautical inspired sonics.

Produced by Milo Sky (Colombia) and Munenza (Venezuela), this track travels sonically from the Caribbean to the Llanos, representing the rich cultural connection between Colombia and Venezuela. A dancefloor weapon full of Latin energy, catchy percussion, and a message that reminds us that real flow comes from within.
