Henrik Ekstrand, born in 1986 in the south of Sweden, has been smitten with music since as long as he can remember. He plays acoustic guitar, sings and writes his own music and lyrics in Swedish, his native language. His musical influences are mostly rock, pop and jazz. His lyrics are often influenced by people in his immediate surrounding and nature and he relates to his own life in most of his songs. He uses his music and lyrics to work through and process his own experiences in life – like a musical diary.
