Charles Ward, better known as Tingz has a heart of gold and his soul shines a light in a storm of mechanical boom. Found daily in the arches of 5th Dimensional frequencies and always swimming in the bottomless abyss of multi- genre dubplates, his gift for unearthing sonic gems saves the rest of humanity from this seemingly insurmountable feat. Since he began DJing at age 14, TINGZ has spanned the genres of Dubstep, Hip-Hop, Dancehall and Mash-Ups, and also co-founded underground legends Departure, one of the first live Drum and Bass bands in the United States. He’s held down the decks alongside such legends as DJ Premier, Dieselboy, DJ Kilu, and Flying Lotus, Myka 9, Truth, Trillbass, and Geno Cochino to name a few.
