15 - تناسخ الأرواح

أيا سوسنة الزهرِ يا عطر الغصون
يا نجماً خُلّباً ضاءَ في أوراقِ الكروم
يا نفسَ الجنةِ الذي هفا بالغيبِ و الفتون
كيف أكفّ عن الوصولِ إليكِ بالحنين ؟
و رماحُ الشوقِ إليكِ بارزةٌ و الطعون
قد سكنَ الليلُ عينيكِ و نحّى النجوم  
و أحلامُكِ عصافيرُ يدي و أنا المفسّر المجنون
 “يكونُ بحرٌ يتهادى و نارٌ تشعلُ القلب
و شعبُ منفى يقضي بين ثبورٍ و سكون
و مطرٌ أسود يصلصلُ باللحن الحزين “
أقلّ من قمرٍ هذا المغني كي يقرر النجاة
في صوتهِ بقايا الريح التي بكت يوم الرحيل
و على قميصهِ خريطة ٌ لقلبٍ قديم 
يراوحُ زمناً واحداً ، فمتى تفهمين ؟
أنكِ الدقة الأولى على باب السنين
و قد هوى حين هوى و رفّ الجفنُ و استوى
و جادتْ على الحواسِ نارُ اللظى و الحطوم
إنما جابَ البلاد و شارع الأغنية 
و حاكَ من وترٍ لغة ً ليفهمهُ سواه
لكنه تاه في المرايا بين وجهٍ و قَدم 
ثم رامَ أفقاً تفتّق من ضياءٍ في خاصرةِ الأمل 
حينما دنا من اسمُكِ  في كلامٍ بلا جُمل
ليصيبهُ هوسٌ بضيٍّ و ضيٌّ في خميلة الريّانِ
تقطفُ ابتسامة شمسٍ تجمعها بمنديل الخجل
تصيرُ رمانة ً يطفرُ الدمُ بخديّها كالحِمم 
و تلوذُ بثقبٍ أسودٍ في لَحظها يشعّ بالوسن
حوراءٌ كشجرة فُلٍ تنسكبُ خطاها بلا ثمل
كحلاءٌ من عهدِ آدم تجمّلتْ بمروِد الأزل 
يذكرها المطر الأولُ و ساعات بلا زمن
ثم تودِعُ المعاني مصائرها إلى أن يحين الأجل
أقلّ من قمرٍ هذا المغني و أقل من شهيد
ليس في جيبهِ غير دواةٍ رخيصة و قلم 
يفكّر باللبلابِ المزيّنِ و عيدٍ في رسالة بريد
و فرحٍ تأجّل من عامٍ إلى عامٍ عزيزٍ كالقُبل
يدندنُ وحدتهُ فيغارُ منهما وترٌ في الكمان
و يجرحهُ تردد اللازمة ِالطويلِ في النغم
يشجو لإرتجافِ الهواءِ في المواويل    
و يغفو شارداً فيعثرُ بظلٍّ زائدٍ في المكان
في الحُلمِ يُكتب السطرُ المشتهى من النشيد
أيا قرنفلةِ الدهرِ يا فوحاً مصون 
يا من يسّاقطُ داخلي نزفَ دمٍ في وريد
و ابتسامتها شبّاكُ وطن
اضربي لي مواعيداً بلا أمل
أحلاماً تمضي بلا أمل
خطى إليكِ بلا أمل
و أعياداً أخرى للبنفسجِ .. على حافة الزمن

It’s the day after Valentine’s Day. How did you spend the day? Were you focused on others or did you take time to care for yourself? Or was it just another day for you? Hopefully, you did something that made you feel good. In this week’s episode, Dom and Terri dive into the importance of self-care...doing the things (whatever they are) that make you feel good. While self-care is a phrase that seems to be tossed around a lot lately, do we know what it really means? How can we engage in it when we have been socialized to believe that doing so is selfish? Per usual, the ladies provide us with real-life examples from their lives and give us practical ways we can apply it to our own. Self-care is not going to look the same for everyone and shout out to all the ladies finding creative ways to pour into themselves! Remember...equate self-care with what they teach us on the plane- put your own oxygen mask on before you assist others. &nbsp; Quote of the Day: “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” -&nbsp;Audre Lorde &nbsp; Takeaways:  “Taking care of yourself = keeping your cup full. If you don’t do things to keep your cup full, you have nothing left to give or share with others.” – Paige Burkes Self-care is not selfish. Just because everyone else is consuming a certain type of content doesn't mean you have to do it. Self-care is unique to each person. It's your decision to figure out and communicate to those around you.
