Cara Salimando is a songwriter and performer based in Manhattan. She is only twenty years young, but long-lived for a short life. She wrote her first song a decade ago. And after that song came other songs, and others, and others, and others... 

Currently, Cara is working as a songwriter; signed to Glassnote Entertainment Group's publishing endeavor Four Song Night. 

This year, Cara launched a yearlong project in which she collaborates with one artist or producer each month and releases a 2 song EP + music video featuring songs the two worked on. 

Cara recently celebrated her first cut, with the song “Telescope” (written by Cara Salimando and Dave Munday) on Cheryl Cole’s newest UK release.  This huge accomplishment has put an exclamation point on Cara’s continuing success and a promising sign of things to come. 

Cara spends most of her days collaborating and co-writing with other writers, artists and producers such as:
