Hive Audio Dark was created in 2020 as a subsidiary of established Switzerland based electronic music label "Hive Audio", founded by Samuel Gmür and Adrian Wöllhaf, better known as Animal Trainer.

The sublabel offers a distinct platform for the darker, dancefloor focused artists and their productions coming from Switzerland based as well as international artists. The label is affiliated with the infamous "Hive Club" in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland.

Main and recurring artists are the likes of Animal Trainer, Vanita, Definition, Reto Ardour, Manuel Moreno, Jimi Jules, Normen Hood, Mar Dean, Smash TV, Sascha Braemer, Jan Blomqvist and many others.

Estas grabaciones fueron tomadas de la salida estéreo de la consola. Todas las tomas están grabadas en video.
Al día de hoy sigo en la tarea del entendimiento de esas perturbaciones mentales.

All sounds were made with synthesizers between September and November 2022.
The songs were recorded in single takes during the first semester of 2023 alongside my process of trying to understand attachment, hatred and ignorance.
Recordings were taken from the stereo out of the console, also available on video.
I am still trying to understand those mind disturbances.

Jody Wisternoff & James Grant release 'Blue Space', the third single off Jody's upcoming LP 'Nightwhisper'. 

Written the week following label festival Anjunadeep Explorations, 'Blue Space' was inspired by the bittersweet emotions of the beautiful surroundings and people, coupled with the passing away of Jody's father. On the track, James reminisces "We built the track around an initial musical idea we had together, then Jinadu's beautiful vocals came later and took the track in a more optimistic but still melancholic direction". 

Nightwhisper is out May 1.
