We spoke with vocalist Josh Simmons about the song:

"'Name Above All Names' was a song we wrote specifically to give glory to the name of Jesus. We've kept that as a general theme for all of our music throughout the years; however, this was the first time we had decided to shine a light on certain attributes. Jesus is our Provider, our Healer, our Banner and our Peace. It's the worship song of our heart and something to move around to as well. One faith! One God! One baptism!"
