After releasing various EP's the sound of Cortechs quickly begun to get noticed in the global underground Techno scene. 
With multiples releases on various prestigious labels, Cortechs has earned an important position among the producers and 
performers in the German Underground Techno movement.

With His first album "The End Justifies The Means" released on his regular label "Machine Box" Cortechs gave his sound a 
very personal live feel that he can always create intuitively while playing his exquisite Ableton Live sets. 

After being on Tour through Germany he always got inspired for producing new Sounds. This new material was the basic 
for the next Projects like the "Last 13 EP" released on Steil or the collaboration with Hackler & Kuch released on De-Konstrukt.

With Remixes for Angy Kore, Niereich, Morgan Tomas or Mike Wall, Cortechs is a often requested Remixer in the Scene.

With the Start of 2013 more Live Gigs came around and also more new Material in the Ableton Session. This was the most 
influence for the next big Project, the second LP, it will be released in the middle of November on Steil and it's 
called "Waste of Humanity".

Cortechs - Hell Beat Podcast #057

On January 22nd I played my only gig in January, yes, thanks to the omicron wave we had to deal with loads of cancellations once more beginning of this year. But I do think this pandemic is soon over, the world opens up again and we will see us more and more on the dance floor. Nevertheless, that one gig that I played in January was an absolute treat. It was for Blackworks at the venue La Rivera in Madrid, and I am not sure exactly what it was, but the night was a total blast. What a crowd! For those who were there and read this now, thanks so much for those awesome vibes! You went totally wild, jumped on top of each other and didn’t stop raving and smiling, not even only for a minute. What an energy in that place, kind of made up for all the non happening gigs that month. Thank you so much. I hope that comes across in the recording. This is the third and last of three hours that I played there, hope you enjoy the set!

Stefan Brunner is known as DJ Stefan in the Nuremberg gothic scene. Since 2006 he has been playing at various events in several gothic clubs and parties, such as "Children of the Night" and "Music for devoted people". His sound focuses in the dark genres such as industrial, aggrotech, dark wave, future pop, EBM.
With his name "Stefan Brunner" he performs melodic techno, dark techno and acid techno as well as he produces electronic tracks. He was part in several radioshows and podcasts like E-Traxx-Radio, Herzblutradio Cologne, Fusionradio Stettin, CuebaseFM, RM.FM, Trax Radio UK, Darkspirit, Subkodex, Love Trip Radio, Paradox Podcast Augsburg and Ravers United Germany.

Performing at major festivals and nightclubs the world over, Simina Grigoriu has become a staple act for the likes of Deichbrand, BigCityBeats’ World Club Dome, Untold Festival, Love Parade, and more recently, Ushuaia, Ibiza, to name a few. It is therefore no surprise that the techno chief named her label ‘Kuukou’ (Japanese for airport).

Since its inception in 2016, the authoritative Kuukou Records has gone from strength to strength, with a steady stream of hard-hitting releases from the likes of Hito, Torsten Kanzler, Gallya, Fabio Florido, Dusty Kid, BB Deng, Hollen, Drumcomplex, Alfred Heinrichs, Martin Books, Daniel Boon, Filterheadz, and Lilly Palmer, amongst others. An invaluable platform for both up-and-comers and established talents alike, the imprint was spotlighted in 2021 with the emphatic release of "Techno Monkey Remixed"; a three-part album initiative which brought Simina’s acclaimed original back to international airwaves under the new perspective of her cherry-picked producers.

One of the most dedicated and hard-working characters in the industry, it comes as no surprise that Simina has another cardinal year in store for 2024. Aside from her return to We Are The Brave, the mother of two looks ahead to further releases with her staple home OFF Recordings, as well as a collaboration with Sneaker Pimps’ Kelli Ali and yet more electrifying performances from one of techno’s most dynamic ladies.
