thegoodnews. is a new hip-hop band led by iconic rapper Del The Funky Homosapien, presented primarily in cartoon form.  Founded by Del along with producer CTZN, rapper Po3 and illustrator Pete Cosmos, the group first began to coalesce during Deltron 3030's "Event 2" tour, eventually finding their sound working with guitar and pedal wizard Taka Tozawa along with bass and FX guru Juan Alderete (Mars Volta, Dr. Octagon, Mac Miller, Anderson .Paak, Domo Genesis, etc).
