Asides from fronting synth pop band Desire, Montreal born L.A. resident Megan Louise is the brains behind influential record label Italians Do It Better, home to all of Johnny Jewel's projects (Chromatics, Desire, Symmetry, etc) as well as newer acts like Tess Roby and Farah.

I got to sit down with Megan (in a very noisy café, sorry for the background noise!) November 16, 2018 when she was visiting for M for Montreal, to discuss how she juggles a huge list of responsibilities doing practically everything at the label and her love for managing IDIB, its artists, and the defacto family it has become.  And, yes, there's a bunch of Dear Tommy talk.
