I didn’t write this track to accuse anyone.
I wrote it to document what happened.

After I came out as transfluid at work, consequences followed.
Not immediately loud.
But systematically.

The same day I informed the administration, my superior told me he had contacted HR.
He added that now, as a woman, I should know that women earn less — and so would I.

Remote work that had been approved months in advance was suddenly forbidden.
Not quietly, but publicly.

I was asked to dismiss my secretary because we once spent holidays together —
despite there being no relationship, and despite everyone knowing I am trans and asexual.

Since my coming out, leadership responsibilities were removed.
Projects reassigned.
In meetings, when I speak, my contribution is ignored and redirected to a secretary for validation.

These are not feelings.
These are events.

This track is not a no to coming out.
But it is a record of the cost.
