Born in Palma/Illes Balears on 11 May 1977; Mateu Malondra Flaquer is a composer, guitarist, researcher, programmer, curator and cultural manager who lives between the Balearic Islands and the United Kingdom.

He has had the fortune of working with musicians such as Arditti String Quartet, Vertixe Sonora, Bcn216, dissonArt, Ensemble Exposé, Insomnio, Mdi Ensemble, Plural Ensemble, Riot Ensemble, Vocalensemble NOVA, UMS’nJIP, Neus Estarellas, Mark Knoop, Takao Hyakutome, Tatsuki Narita, Jan Gerdes, Pilar Fontalba and conductors such as Gerry Cornelius, Beat Furrer, Yasuaki Itakura, Taco Kooistra, Fabián Panisello, Ulrich Pöhl, Roger Redgate, Robert HP Platz, J.M.Sánchez Verdú and Michel Tabachnik.

His music has been performed in such forums as Cairo Contemporary Music Days, Donaueschinger Musiktage-Next Generation, Forum Wallis, Gaudeamus Muziekweek, IMD-47-Internationale Ferienkurse für neuen Musik-OS, Festival Mixtur, Nact der Neuen Musik, NUNC2!, Unerhörte Musik, Sintése, Musikprotokoll-ORF and in such halls as L’Auditori-Barcelona, BKA-Theater Berlin, Concertgebouw Brugge, MISE-EN Place, Muziekcentrum First Philips, Studio Noru, Tokyo Opera City Recital Hall and Spectrum, among others.

Malondra started his composition studies with David Padros and Christian de Jong in Barcelona. In 2004 he moved to Maastricht where he did a BAMus and MMus in composition at ZUYD-Maastricht Conservatory, under Robert HP Platz. He also holds a BAMus in classical guitar performing from Den Haag Royal Conservatoire, under Enno Voorhorst. Malondra developed a PhD research at Kingston University-London, under the guidance of Paul Archbold and Oded Ben-Tal. Prof.Philip Grange and Prof.Roger Redgate awarded him the PhD in 2021. Masterclasses with Richard Barrett, Daniel D'Adamo, Brian Ferneyhough, Beat Furrer and Wolfgang Rihm.

Associate professor at Conservatori Superior de les Illes Balears between 2016 and 2021–Mixed media I-II and electroacoustic composition.

Between 2019 and 2022 he has been the Cultural Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, PC of the Illes Balears public sector. 
Mateu Malondra has been the founder, artistic director and coordinator (2013-2019) of the ME_MMIX Festival, co-founder of the non-profit association Placa Base and the ensemble Placa Base Collective.

Ellian is the pseudonym of Elías Fabré, a Mallorcan artist based in Barcelona. His work ranges from soundtracks to sound installations and live performances.

After many years working as a Film Editor in Hollywood, her roots firmly planted in her hometown of Los Angeles, Siobhan decided to move to Europe and seek a different creative path, Music. 

Her style is an energetic rhapsody of genres chosen for the perfect dance floor. Her passion for the masters that paved the way has trained her ear and guided her skills. Forging an evolution of the "mashup" album format, producer Amerigo Gazaway's "conceptual collaboration" projects imagine studio sessions between like artist of different genres and eras. With a process the LA Times' Randall Roberts described as "drawing a different design within a similar framework," the producer/DJ deconstructs and re-orchestrates samples from his respective subjects, bridging overlapping themes of the two musician's classic catalogues. Equally influenced by his Brazilian roots and southern U.S. upbringing, the 28 year old Nashville native's work was featured in Apple's "What Will Your Verse Be" series of iPad commercials, called "brilliant" by music’s premier aficionado, Questlove, and earned praise from national/global outlets such as The Guardian, Huffington Post, The LA Times, Vulture, NPR, BBC, MTV, BET, REVOLTtv, EBONY,VIBE, XXL, THE SOURCE, OKAYPLAYER, Wax Poetic, Gizmazo and HipHopXL to name a few. 
 
The son of renowned Jazz trumpeter, Gary “El Buho” Gazaway, Amerigo’s thematic documentary-like concept albums uses found interview sound-bites, live performances, and original multi-track stems to help narrate and craft his combined artists' stories. Finding his first success with 2011's Fela Kuti/De La Soul pairing "Fela Soul," the project went on to land on several year-end "best of" lists including NPR, Soul Train, and OKAYPLAYER. Following the release in 2012 with "Bizarre Tribe: A Quest to the Pharcyde", a concept that layered vocals of The Pharcyde over re-imagined productions sourced from the original Soul, Jazz, and Funk records ATCQ utilized to create their productions, Gazaway would later collaborate with The Pharcyde on their single "Still Got Love" and perform with the legendary group at SXSW.
 
Continuing the theme of his previous work in 2014, the producer united Brooklyn rapper Yasiin Bey (FKA Mos Def) and soul legend Marvin Gaye for a dream collaboration aptly titled "Yasiin Gaye" (side one and side two.) Building the album’s foundation from deconstructed samples of Gaye’s Motown classics, Amerigo re-purposes the instrumentation into new productions with the familiar fervor of the original work. Carefully weaving Bey’s tangled raps and Gaye’s soulful vocals over his new arrangements, Gazaway delivers a quality much closer to an authentic collaboration than a lukewarm “mashup” album. Drawing nearly 20,000 downloads in its first two days of release, the “Master Modern Soul Match Maker” (Juan Vidal- Vibe Magazine) earned a perfect “5 Star” review from BET, collaborated with New York Magazine cartoonist, Drew Dernavich, for the project's side two cover art, and landed on Billboard's Best Selling Singles Chart with the album's third single, "You Are Undeniable."
 
Honing his DJ skills through tours of Europe, Brazil, and the U.S., Gazaway’s dancefloor driving live set features classic breakbeats, original blends, remixes, edits, and mashups of multiple genres including Funk, Soul, Disco, Hip-Hop, Afrobeat, and everything in-between. With presentations and lectures logged at USC, MTSU and upcoming dates at Google HQ (NYC) and SXSW 2015, the DJ/Producer continues to highlight the possibilities of sample based art and shows no signs of slowing down.

Biography:
Berlin-based artist Marvin Jam performs his outstanding, groovy sound and sets in combination with his unique singing. After years in Berlin’s colorful underground, several projects and collaborations and being part of the scene, Marvin has emancipated himself as a solo artist and DJ. He’s developed and grown his name quite fast. Today, he plays at events, clubs, and festivals all over the world or spends time in the studio working on tracks and lately his live set for his new project, Beobê.
His amazing sound includes House, Minimal House, Tech House, Melodic/Organic House, and Indie. You could say he always has the right tunes for the right time and setting and his extraordinary taste in selecting tracks follows his mantra: “Music has to sound sexy.”
Definitely a unique and special act, highlighted by his amazing voice and always in style.
