Dutch artist @HATT_D found himself with an abundance of time during the pandemic, much of which he dedicated to production, sometimes spending up to 10 hours a day working on music. The results formed his new album for Russia’s @GLBDOM, ‘Welcome To Paradise’.

After  DJ  Psychiatre's  goosebumps  track  from  the  last  Whyte  Number  VA,  it  was  only  a  matter  of  time  to  have  our  french  fella  coming  back  -  this  time  with  a  full  solo  EP.  As  a  little  icing  on  the  cake  we  treated  ourselves  for  the  10th  piece  of  wax  with  a  slammin'  remix  from  a  producer  who  was  real  high  on  our  list  for  a  long  time:  Black  Loops!

After prominent releases on Rekids, Classic or Copie Blanche, one of the most promising french young house music talent Armless Kid joins the VERTV family for his new EP : Choices.

As a Millennial, questioning his own condition of young adult, the 24 years old producer explores the themes that strike his generation like love through the digital age (Internet love), the pursuit of a meaningful life and the need of affirmation through vigorous choices while options are abundant. Melancholia is one of the consequences of this quests (Flirting With Regrets) but it also gives a compelling desire to enjoy life to the fullest (Deep Energy) even if it means eating junk food and watching silly VOD with friends (B3A).

This EP is good example of Armless Kid’s music, catchy, fun and elegant with strong roots into the very French tradition of jazz-infused House music as well as bringing his very own twist on 90s influenced deep house thanks to his massive kick drums and sophisticated pads.

For our 10th release, we're happy to welcome back our dear friend Sable Blanc, at his home label. The Parisian guy is constantly moving forward in his production skills and is unstoppable in his creativity.

With "Have Faith In People", he created a versatile EP going from jazz laden Drum 'n' Bass (Amour Gris) over sunny house vibes (Just Goodbye) to Hip-Hop instrumental beats (Easy Living). "Les Hirondelles de Mai" was one of the first tracks Sable Blanc came up with for this EP. It was written before we've ever heard of Covid-19 but the text line "Yes, I still have faith in people" is a message that couldn't be more on time, than now. Also, it shows the personality of the producer who strongly believes in mankind.

Christophe Salin fell in love with the powerful vibe of "Amour Gris" and couldn't resist to mould it into a dancefloor intended jazz house track in his very own way, enriched with his love for details.
