Naamnaam's love for music started as a child. He grew up listening to a fusion of music from Classical, to Jazz, to Ghazals. At the age of 11, he discovered the art of mixing music as a DJ. A year later, he was exposed to a music mixing program known as Virtual DJ which broadened his horizons musically serving as the conduit to his varied musical experiments. As a gift, he received his first DJ set-up, and, a few years later, he became the youngest Internet Radio DJ on Virtual Dj Radio (virtualdjradio.com) at the age of 14.

Now, after almost 7 years of mixing professionally, he continues to perfect his skills, has his podcast on Itunes, and can be heard playing live on Virtual DJ Radio channels on a regular basis.

Although musically trained in a variety of music, today, his playlist emphasizes mostly House, Club, Dance, Electro, Progressive, & Trance genres.

Kris Thompson has been a house music DJ since 1995 and originally used the moniker "DJLegato".  

In 2018, when he finally decided to dive into production, the darker rhythms that sprung from his work inspired a change, and Evyrmynd was born.
