Formed in late 2022 as a Post-Shoegaze side project of 
Sweet Fetish guitarist Ezzul Nadim Fadzil and later joined by drummer Fahim Amir. 
The band’s name is after a song by Straight Edge Melodic Hardcore band One Step Closer.
Chrysanthemum provides their unique sound fuses with the ethereal guitar-heavy shoegaze revival sound with a mixture of Dream Pop shimmering melodies.
