Colorful Language is the NJ-based DJ/producer duo of Josh Doubles and Thomas Hildebrand, known for weaving deep house and techno into immersive, emotionally resonant sets. Their sound lives in the tension between exhilarating and heartfelt, blending analog textures, hardware experimentation, and percussive found sounds.

Their closing set at Groove Together fused house and techno with expressive storytelling, creating an experience that enchanted the crowd. The duo’s give-and-take synergy and genre-fluid ethos reflect an evolution from their DIY party roots into an act capable of both opening sun-soaked rooftops and closing peak-hour clubs.
