I haven't found an official release of this song that is this long and I pre-ordered the special edition box set﻿. Will this version of Polaris ever be released for download?

Beautiful work. Did this version ever get released? There's the Stargazer mix and the Orchestral one but not this 7 minute opus.

Hybrid are Mike & Charlotte Truman who have gained international acclaim for their combination contemporary electronic music with enveloping orchestral scores and soundscapes. Hybrid's first artist album ‘Wide Angle’ in 1999 was considered to be ground breaking in fusing modern production with performances from the Russian Federal Orchestra. They have written a further three artist albums, toured around many of the world’s most iconic music venues and festivals and have remixed artists as diverse as New Order, Radiohead, UNKLE, Alanis Morrisette, Jean Michelle Jarre, Moby, Future Sound Of London and The Orb.

A natural progression from their orchestral heavy albums inevitably led them into film scoring and they have recently composed the soundtrack for Jim Gillespie’s forthcoming thriller Take Down, Sony’s PS4 worldwide #1 Driveclub, Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier and the Bruce Willis sci-fi thriller, Vice.
