Super stoked about this one ! @fluidmatter is a prolific artist, deeply rooted in the French electronic music scene.

As a label manager, he co-founded Virtual Forest Records, a label that’s been a key player in the unstoppable rise of the deep mental techno scene. Early on, the label gained attention with compilations that featured amazing tracks from artists like A Strange Wedding and Jacques Satre. More recently, they made waves with the acclaimed album by RM Estali, a huge personal favorite of ours.
As a DJ and composer, Fluid Matter blends his love for UK bass music with more hypnotic, psychedelic soundscapes. We witnessed the magic first hand on a sunny morning at la Vallée électrique Festival where the virtual forest crew can usually be found every year, and its exactly what’s waiting for you in today’s show.

Wobbling basslines, complex percussion & all around dubby flavors characterize mix no.21 in our series. Miri Malek digs into the sparse and strange, the uplifting and invigorating in this diversely told story of a set.
