Four Corners Music, under the guiding hand of south-coast veteran Melinki, has reached 4CM100; its milestone hundredth release. Across the last ninety-nine, the label has cemented a reputation for showcasing talent from all styles and sub-genres of drum 'n' bass, from soulful liquid to techy grit and beyond.

The first half of a two-album project, 'Inspirations' brings together contributions from among the top echelon of artists. With tracks as diverse as the stripped-back junglist rollout that is Myth's 'Reality Check', the beautifully atmospheric 'Summer Daze' by Philth, the dark minimalism of 'C'est Toi' by Scepticz, and the screwface-inducing Kolektiv & OB1 piece 'Don't Mess Around', this compilation hits all the notes for fans of the authentically diverse world of DnB.

But that's just the beginning. There's so much more to explore.

Across twelve tracks, the Four Corners crew have demonstrated the dazzling spectrum of what this music can deliver. No gimmicks, no two-minute TikTok tracks, just heartfelt, underground drum 'n' bass with the uncompromising level of quality control that has defined the label's output since it kicked off in 2017.

And remember, even with all that, this is just the first half of the century celebrations. There's plenty more Four Corners magic just over the horizon. In the meantime, delve into 'Inspirations' and take a journey through the many sounds and flavours of real drum 'n' bass music.
