Across four tracks provided by an international cast of producers, the compilation moves fluidly through various genres of underground electronic music. But be it techno, electro, or drum and bass, each track feels hewn from the same intoxicating darkness — the door-shaped void leading to an abandoned subbasement already vibrating with bass; all you need to do to walk through it is press play.
