The inaugural release from Ganzfeld Records takes the form of a 10 track compilation of various artists from around the world. The compilation features talents such as Rotterdam’s Gamma Intel, Romanian DJ and producer Aleksa Alaska, and upcoming Chicago-based electro musician ravelogic.
There is also contributions from Dublin’s Hank LW, SUCHI from Oslo/Delhi, lower_flower from Utrecht , NTHR1 from Armenia, Clarence Wu based in Düsseldorf, as well Rigson and Carrousel (UK).
Expect an array of sensitive electro cuts, shimmering breakbeats, tripped-out acid, and pumping four-to-the-floor nostalgia.

NUDIBRANCH Presents Tullochh’s debut single - Collective Species. Following the release of ‘Heis’ on the label’s recent Molecular Selections compilation, Edinburgh-based Tullochh delivers two contrasting cuts for the virtual club that will keep you dreaming of the real thing.

Tullochh spent his early years between the dancefloors of Glasgow and his Edinburgh bedroom, immersing himself in the world of techno.

Seeing local veterans Slam, Harvey Mckay and Gary Beck at parties at the Arches, SWG3 and the legendary Sub Club formed the early part of his musical education and left him with a thirst to contribute to the scene.

Tulloch got his hands on some music software and began teaching himself production, and eventually found a weekend course at Shoogle Studios (Subsine Academy) where he studied under Simon Stokes (Petrichor).

2020 saw his first release on the Nudibranch compilation Molecular Selections. His potent, long-haul acid-track ‘Heis’, received support from the likes of Phoebe Inglis-Holmes, Shereen Cutty (BBC Introducing Scotland) and Dave Harvey (Future Boogie). 2021 will see releases from Tullochh on Nudibranch, and Cyphon’s Syntek Industries.

Colchester based underground imprint South East Taste makes its second outing with Sssay Sonny. Billy Waterworth and Ollie Drummond butt heads and become one for their 1st release as Ol' Bill, with Ollie on B-side duty. 

'Say Sonny' is a charged electro workout with thundering bass, and sound design in buckets. The more stripped down 'SSSsss' takes us on a trip through moods over a playful chunky garage groove, sure to surprise you as it twists.

Ollie Drummond is a London based DJ and producer and part of Marbles. Ollie's unique slick production sound has already found favour on impressive underground imprints including Wiggle, Miriam, Evasive Records, Right Nut Records, and Household Digital. Billy Waterworth is a multi disciplinary artist and regular DJ at nights like Bobbleland, he makes his production debut on South East Taste records.

System11 is a point of gravity in a nebula of artists, professionals, enthusiasts, craftsmen and technicians. It is in a balance between quality and conviviality that they now structure a network of event production and technical services focusing on audio-visual culture. Among our achievements are the festival of La Vallée Électrique, the System11 VJing Competition and the Fugitive Short Film Festival, currently taking place. 

Having developed close ties with artists performing at their various events over the past 6 years, starting a label to help promote their work on a larger scale was a natural next step.

Each of the three artists of this Various Artists is involved body and soul in the evolution of the current French electronic scene: Discothèque Sauvage has been discreetly spreading its analogical and poetic tracks all over France for years, Visages regularly takes part in artistic events in Lyon, and Selected Dream Memories (aka Sire) has created a label (Pomme Sanguine) and a magazine dedicated to the Lyon music sector. The mastering of our EP was done by Ultimae Records (Lyon, France).

Visuals and VJing have always been an important component of System11 events, and following the success of the System11 VJ Competition, it only made sense to have their label represent the wide variety of visual artists which contribute so much to the music & events landscape.

The visual artists GlitchGrlz (Brooklyn, New York), finalists of our international VJing competition, produced three video clips to accompany each track on the EP. Their mind-bending visuals are crafted with a mix of digital and analog animation, archaic video mixers, and a touch of magic. Their quirky and eye-catching style transport you to a retro, technicolour world full of lighthearted fun.

This first EP encapsulates System 11’s essence by putting forward strong emerging talent in the electronic music landscape and bringing their audience along on a journey of sound and vision.
