Starting the new year with a fresh episode of Altrove podcast , we're thrilled to introduce Aurelius Scott, a visionary curator and meticulous music selector from Denver, Colorado. 

Aurelius, a fervent record enthusiast, delves into the ambient depths, crafting immersive journeys through his appearances on podcasts such as IO Records, Parallel Perception, and Tech Support Music. His podcast series, "Anodynic Frequencies," featured artists who share his affection for ambient and deeper techno, including names like Polygonia, Zemög, Adhemar just to name a few. 

“I was first introduced to Manuel through my podcast where I had the pleasure of hosting him, we quickly connected over the same passion for deeper moody techno and his style was an exact fit for the channel's vision. I have been a fan of his music and his series ever since. It was an honor to be asked for a contribution to his podcast earlier this year. The mood of the mix was curated by an early fall morning when the dense fog settled among the fields and daylight struggled to break through the trees.  The session starts with some darker subdued tones and slowly begins to breathe in more energy as the day progresses from early morning to dawn. I tried to capture this natural build with longer transitions and subtle progressions. The end of this mix has more of a heavy presence of pulsating deep techno.”


Aurelius has always been attracted to deeper cuts of music, fascinated by the world of rhythmic drums and hypnotic ambiance. in 2020 he started a series Anodynic Frequencies that is dedicated to fellow musicians with the same passion for music.  Since then he has connected with many talented individuals and has had the opportunity to work with many of them through guest mixes and promotions. In the upcoming year, he hopes to continue building relationships with more artists and continue to help contribute to a scene he deeply admires.

She also graduated from studies in contemporary classical composition at the State University of Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart and sound engineering at JVLMA in Riga. Founder of Predawn Records. Her musical interest lies in the physicality of sounds and rhythmic structures, how space and sound work together and can evoke a wide variety of emotional reactions.

Currently he is running TGP - an independent platform established since 2010 with Claudio PRC.

Ness began his electronic music journey in the late 90's and his evolving interest and passion soon encouraged him to start a dj career experimenting with various genres – from trance to pure experimental. With a background in sound engineering and many years of research and fine-tuning, he gradually developed a distinct personal style with a strong focus on atmosphere combined with hypnotic vibes. In 2007 he opened his own record store in his hometown in Sardinia (Italy) and 2 years later he founded his first label - Mono Records.
He is co-founder of The Gods Planet project and related TGP label with Claudio PRC.odcast 026 : Ness.

The highly influential yet sublimely grounded Ness is the man behind our 35th podcast. This is most definitely another very very special addition to the series so far, and one we couldn't feel more honoured to bring to you. Musically, Ness is considered a front runner for the deep techno genre, moulding an individual sound and personal style straight from the heart - a result of nearly two decades of music exploration and immersion in the form of DJ'ing, sound engineering and through establishing his very own record store in his hometown, Sardinia - with his very first label, Mono Records, following two years later. With an organic evolution in personal interests taking him from DJ'ing alone through to production too, Ness swiftly proceeded to capture the unwavering attention of the international techno community, with releases on the likes of Prologue, Dynamic Reflection, Ear to Ground and of course The Gods Planet, his second label launched in 2010 alongside fellow techno pioneer, Claudio PRC (together known as The Gods Planet). What we love about him the most we hear you ask... the completely addictive, deep, rolling grooves characteristic of his productions aside? His total dedication to keeping it real - allowing his creativity complete freedom to do its thing and inviting appreciators to join him on each phase of his musical journey, illustrated through his most recent LP, Trancemigration, released on The Gods Planet. For now, enjoy this podcast from the man himself.
