Technokunst - a Budapest-based collective of like-minded artists - is continuing its series of podcasts, showcasing some of the best talent of the multifaceted genre we call Techno.

We have arrived to the second podcast of 2022 in the form of a studio mix recorded by Whispering Signals label owner Daniel Danieli. Originally hailing from Belgium, the Aachen-based producer has been on our radar for a very long time. His releases have a peculiar haze, a rawness that seems to take notes from Rod Modell's bag of engineering tricks, while still maintaining a strong personal identity and of course - very high production quality. This studio mix is a perfect example of the vibe Dan is going for in his sets - deep, subtle, and whispering. Just above the valley diffused in the fluffed-up clouds arises colourful towers. The receding mist opens up high castle walls enveloped by wandering garden paths. Wherever you go, whatever you lay eyes on – greenery is dancing with the sky of blue. The sun has made it under the tree canopy to illuminate overflowing basins full of fire-red fish while trickling down water tickles lovingly ears mercilessly worn by the city.
Indeed ears can rest from here up to the welcoming flute of waves heard just beyond the horizon. The flute heard so recently and at the same time anticipated for more than six years – Luigi Tozzi finally leaves an imprint on Black Wave’s sandy shores. Raised in Rome, the DJ and Producer takes influence from the timeless Italian sound, which he’s further developed with an emotional, swirling, dubby atmosphere. There’s an unmistakable texture to his productions.
Over the last years, @luigitozzi has been making a name for himself as one of the go-to DJs for his distinct brand of techno that draws both from ambient and club music. @hypnus, @mentalmodern, @nonseries, @outis-music and @012twelve – Luigi has kept his output within a close family of labels. His commitment to sound alongside his pensive and considered development as an artist has brought Luigi Tozzi to where he is today.

For this one we're more than proud to introduce a great Argentinian DJ & Producer, Forest On Stasys.

His creativity is Influenced by tribal minimalist techno in the nineties and the deepest and most abstract techno currently. In his tracks the most seductive elements are the use of resonant basses perfectly combined with long and reverberated pads, extensive sonorous landscapes that are modified by continuous movement of LFO, solid grooves and strident percussions.

But not everything that comes out of his head is created with the intention of being used on the dance floor.

Born in Argentina, but living most of her life in the Canary Islands, and currently residing in the city of Barcelona, Imox entered the world of mixing during her adolescence, teaching herself, experimenting with different genres until she found her sound marked by a high mental, organic and enveloping content.
Imox is a Mayan Nahuatl, it represents the divinity or essence of the universe, the very root from which all life arises and to which it returns when it dies; and this is how her sessions unfold, an organic evolution like the very process of life. Her sound transports us to the atmospheres and natural landscapes of the island of her childhood, accompanied by hypnotic grooves, tribal elements and cosmic textures, a progressive journey through unknown dimensions with overwhelming intensity.
Imox is member of Barcelona based collective SubRadio.
Since she started to play as Imox, she has been showing her finesse in the mix and her great music selection in the main clubs of the city such as Razzmatazz, Apolo, Moog, LAUT or Red58, and this 2023 she will play at Mostra Festival.
