A family of labels that includes Wex, Ahaad, Daybyday, La Luna and Telomere, this operation out of NYC and Berlin has become a highly sought-after factory for refined, genre-splicing dance music – recommended by people like Lyo from NUT Records’ in his interview with us. To celebrate its 10th release, Telomere brings a VA double EP with some producers who are new to the label and some already with a release or two under their belts.

Konerytmi falls under the latter category and comes with a spacious and elastic electro funk groove that recalls the supplest of Detroit-meets-Hague sounds (remember the lighter side of Unit Moebius?), a worthy complement to their recent album on the label.

Hessle Audio and Timedance alumni Bruce, is cast out of the heavens following his dream-pop-heartbreak excursions, coiling back to the mortal and old faithful dance floor once more.

Fallen in fury, he treads alone on his new imprint, Poorly Knit, lashing out with two twisted and tangling tracks, The Price & Mimicry. Obscure sound design and unhinged samples are stitched into bass-bin-devastating rhythm and melody, cementing and serenading the burial of all DJs brave enough to step up.

The four track release from the Naarm/Melbourne native is a techy excursion that subtly meshes elements of minimal with modern UK bass dynamics, informed by the Australian’s psychedelic production style.

‘Utility’ sparks the ignition with a bass-driven peak time beast that morphs through syncopated grooves and punchy drops, the A2 ‘Electrolyte’ takes a hedonistic turn where resonant tones spiral across a rolling 4x4 drum groove. 

‘Breathe’ steers us onto the B-side with dubbed out subs and percussive layers fusing up across this impeccable roller. ‘Stay Playful’ takes on a early-tech house feel with tribal drums and hypnotic echoes that venture on throughout the night. Digital bonus track ‘Love Sensation’ draws UK-Garage influences combined with lush pads and quirky vocal snippets drifting amid the tops.

On A2, Xupid slips in Raindanc94 — a long-lost gem some might recognise from D.Dan’s 2021 Boiler Room. Unreleased until now, it’s finally getting the drop it deserves.

Transcending? You know it. Trance mind-melters? Always. Plastic GRN channels that classic 90s Xpander sound, Alfred Czital drops a dance floor annihilator, while Dutch duo Match Box keeps it as bright and club-ready as ever. It’s a full spectrum of sound, each track weaving into the next with peak energy and timeless hooks.

Progression, progression, progression — it’s shaped our sound from the start. Uplifting, expanding, always pushing into the outer zones. And of course, no 6-year celebration of ND would be complete without a deep dive. Dubbed-out rollers and hypnotic house cuts come courtesy of Baumb, Glen S, and Harrison BDP. Fresh off his second EP last month, Baumb returns with those trademark low-end orbs, guiding us through the fog with finesse. Glen S strips it back and locks into a tech-deep groove. BDP lands on F1 — sublime, heads-down deep house with that unmistakable sample finesse. Pure signature gear.

A nod to the 9 incredible artists who feature on the release through digital exclusives — Astro alongside Ash Is, Rounds & Plastic GRN, Primitive Needs, Hotpretty, Tourman, Skinner (making his way through the Pyramid Fields portal), and Wigs — whose Trigger Step track has been getting heavy rotation.

Following a trio of appearances on the label—including a standout contribution to our recent 6 Years of Portal compilation—a full EP felt inevitable. And as expected, Aiden delivers: no filler, just deep, heads-down gear built for the floor.

After three years, UrbnMowgli resurfaces with his EP on his own imprint, Emotional Voyage. With ‘Ancient Knowledge Transmission’ he fuses cascading drum machine rhythms with rapid-fire basslines, acidic sequences, whimsical leads and chopped sample bits to create otherworldly rave relics. A solid blend from video game characteristics to shaking club rhythms. 

The four-track EP drifts between moody Lynchian atmospheres and menacing beat drops. More than tracks, these are playful yet meticulous journeys, sculpted with wide spatial depth, teleporting the listener into futuristic electro breakbeat. This production definitely got all dust off the synths and shows once more his versatility of UrbnMowgli’s hybrid approach inviting you into a realm of internal imagery.

'Bite The Hand That Feeds You' is the debut EP from Amsterdam-based DJ and producer Jasmín. Blending genres, moods, and eras, it draws on her Dutch-Argentinian roots while channeling the nostalgia of teenage discovery: "that formative era of girlhood where you're growing up online and building your world digitally." Across three tracks, Jasmín explores the tension between this lasting inner world and the harsher realities outside, weaving techno, bass, and dub into percussion-driven music defined by both force and introspection.
