Solid Steel (14th February) Deft is our guest in Hour 1 with a mix in 3 parts with extra bits of field recordings and recordings from his phone. In his own words;
"First section is a selection of tracks I found when digging through my digital and physical crates, tracks that made an impact on me musically and personally, almost like flicking through my own head-radio, if that makes sense... The second section is a little ambient trip, the calm before the storm if you will, and the last section is what I'm currently feeling and playing out in the footwork/jungle/dnb world. 
Theres lots of new material in there from myself, friends and people I've met along the way, so hopefully as a whole the mix is a good representation of where I'm at musically and personally."

The UK legend, K Man, dives into his 3rd release on Dank 'N' Dirty Dubz with his 'Synthetic Dreams EP'. This 5-tracker pays homage to the old school dubstep flavors that any connoisseur of the genre has appreciated since day 1. With a few EP releases already a part of Mala's Deep Medi catalog, this marks K Man's first EP release with Dank 'N' Dirty. Melding intricate melodies with smooth basslines and intense percussion, this collection of tunes showcases all that is deep and forward-thinking about the dubstep genre. The release includes two original tracks by K Man, a collaboration with the French badman, Von D, and solo tracks by the Estonian powerhouse that is Bisweed and the US-based duo known as Subtle Mind. The full release will be out on Saturday, July 26th in all major online stores!
