1. “KIN” came in life on the 25th of September, 2019 and finished on the 22nd of February, 2020. 

2. “KIN" is a very special track to me, as it has been the fundamental to a new sound which I call "Orchestral Bass" which for the most part been my sound since then.

3. “KIN” means gold and it comes from the Japanese word Kintsugi “joining with gold”

4. The Plate and the golden touches in the artwork share the philosophy of Kintsugi which is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold  — a metaphor for embracing your flaws and imperfections.   “You won't realise your full potential until you go through the tough times,” Kumai says.   Which i believe we have been experiencing as a planet for the past few years. 

5. “KIN” is my first release of 2022 and the first of a series of independent releases that I’ve been working on.
