Any artist is welcome to send us a track via freshonthenet.co.uk anytime between Monday lunchtime and Wednesday evening (or when we receive 200 submissions, whichever is sooner) - and all our moderators, including Tom Robinson, will listen to every track. This is our full inbox from the week beginning Mon 24th Jan: from Friday afternoon you'll be able to hear our shortlist and pick your favourites on this week's Listening Post which will appear at freshonthenet.co.uk/batch433

If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. 

We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud Go tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which cannot be included in playlists. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks (and remixes of tracks) that have been previously submitted, and tracks from banned artists will also be removed.

YUNG DUMB Records and Model Future present Wade Galaxy. A collaboration between Toronto-based AZARI, Butr, and vocalist Jeremy Glenn. The trifecta comes forward with an EP that will bring you through a modular soundscape of love, lust, and distrust inside the hypercube. The A-Side is a hazy fusion of R&B and slowed electro, accompanied by Jeremy Glenn's ethereal vocals. The B-Side provides a room shaking cerebral 2-step remix of 'Phaze' by James Bangura, and fade off with a higher octane version of 'Hypercube' dubbed 'Surrogate Mix', as we exit directly into the future.

The firm fortune was built on a pyramidal business model using the Ponzi scheme as well as complex algorithm to find how to influence the purchasing behavior of their customers. The scheme is so simple and so common that nobody care or see it anymore. Combined with a very aggressive marketing strategy, the firm simply could not fail considering that 80% of the customers just can’t understand complex Terms & Conditions. Who read the small prints anyway? Who would believe that no one ever get back a full return on their investment made in their yearly subscription while still paying for the goods and services ordered over and above the subscription. Ascaridida’s doctrine is “In Fraud We Trust” and it pays big money that end up in a fiscal paradise. Obviously the board of directors of Ascaridida Corp. perfectly understood the rice and the chess board story and the power of exponential growth as they are using it every day. Would you know why 3 clear pyramid and one dark pyramid?

The limbic system is a group of interconnected structures located deep within your brain. It's the part of that's responsible for behavioral and emotional responses. Enter Moritz Bommert aka Bomat - a German composer, producer and DJ  originally from Cologne now based in Berlin who started using the alia Bomat in 2018. With some classy tunes already out (including a couple of heaters on NY’s Nervous Records), Bomat’s first outing on clipp.art dives headlong into the sound of yesterday’s tomorrows with an absolutely filthy decent cut of what would traditionally be defined as “lofi house”. Deep and resonant, driving and gritty, Feels Like I’ve Seen You smashes into you right in that aforementioned limbic system, generating melancholic euphoria, head nodding and more than a few limb movements. A fitting coda to what has been a rollercoaster of an emotional year. Stay frosty, softy.
