My latest composition, dedicated to my new love. 
It features a strong piano ostinato in the A section with a nervous rhythm section in 3/4 contrasting the mellow melody.
Then an abrupt change in the B section which introduces a modal interchange (from A minor to A major), a change in the tempo AND of the time signature.

Beautiful Inside

Half Scottish - half Italian guitarist and composer. Born in Perth (Scotland) in 1971 and raised in Rome (Italy). Studied philosophy at Sussex University (UK), where he decided to become a musician. Went back to Italy to teach electric guitar and formed a band called Individual Choice. After gigging around Italy the band recorded the cd Make Your Choice which is available from Itunes. Ian is currently living in Den Haag, composing, teaching guitar and working on his latest project Jazz House FX.
