What a coincidence, was just listening to this as it appeared in my feed. Listening to it I found it really fascinating soundwise, thinking it was to bad I didnt speek german (right?) Since I can remember there's always been an invisible force looking to help me. First there was Santa Claus watching me from some strange Polar Vortex and then handing out rewards based on behavior. Then there were hidden school records and transcripts that could harm or help and followed you around for life.  There was God, who was invisibly working behind the scenes and would hopefully show up if things want way south. There were credit scores and corporate evaluations.  There were talent scouts that would be supposedly lurking in the audience during live shows.  Always large invisible forces deciding your fate.
So why not a huge invisible hand that one could call on to lift them up above all the other invisibe forces.   An invisible hand that could lend a hand to the average man.  The Invisible Hand is Coming to Set You Free.

This wonderful song by @matthias_am_klavier is a trip through landscapes and inner realms, a topic that has always fascinated him. Thanks a lot to Matthias for asking me to record the trumpet part and Adam Tucker for doing the mastering.

Igor Iofe is a
composer whose musical
paths lead to diverse stylistic destinations. Currently Igor's focus in music is Armenian traditional duduk repertoire which he performs on trumpet. He brings the beauty and warmth of the duduk into his trumpet playing.

At the Conservatorium van Amsterdam he studied with  Wim Hendrickx,Richard Ayres,  Fabio Nieder,Willem Jeths and Jorrit Tamminga. Igor attended masterclasses with Misato Mochizuki, Dmitry Kourliandski, Tristan Murail andTan Dun. His music was performed at the Composers’ Festival Amsterdam (2012 and 2013), Atlas Academy (2010-12),  Looptail XXX and at such venues as De Link, De Duif, Het Bethaniënklooster, Het Veem, STEIM, Muziekgebouw aan 't Ij and CvA in Amsterdam and other cities of the Netherlands. His piece Y+Ywas performed by the Joint Venture Percussion Duo at several venues in the USA and Europe.

Parallel to his Classical Composition studies Igor studied Composing Music for Film with Jurre Haanstra and graduated as a Master in Composing for FIlm at the CvA. During his studies he wrote music for several movies which were shown at the Beeldbuis Filmfestival, Keep an Eye Film Festival, VERS Awards, Cinekid Filmfestival, M2M Filmfestival and Pleinbioscoop Rotterdam.
