This is the first ever ill.Gates DJ mix from back in 2007. I had just come back from my first Burning Man and decided to reinvent myself. 

The scene was very different back then, there was no 'Glitch Hop', 'Halftime' or 'Space Bass' you could shop at a record store. All of the music was DIY, dubplates, IDs, etc. This mix represents an extremely rare snapshot of the birth of a scene that went on to take over the world.

I was there are the beginning and I'm still here today. I'm a freak for life and nobody is ever gonna change that.
