DJ Andy de Gage' is
a DJ and producer of melodic house and techno. He hails from Germany.
Already as a small boy he became interested in the disco sound of the 1970s. As a teenager he was fascinated by Italo Disco Music and in the meantime breakdance conquered the world with his music and DJ Andy de Gage' moved as a breakdancer to the sounds of Grandmaster Flash, Herbie Hancock, The Rock Steady Crew, and Afrika Bambataa, at that time hat he cut the music onto cassettes and gave them to all his friends, but later switched to turntables and vinyls. He was also inspired by the synth pop that emerged in the 80s. Acid, Chicago House, House and Techno.
He has been a DJ in regional clubs, bars and discotheques and was a guest at the greatest Hessian Radio Station. At last in 2024 he was on the Zug der Liebe in Berlin and the ADE in Amsterdam at the Labelshow from Tanzgemeinschaft and Chrom Recordings.
His repertoire today includes deep house, classic house, melodic and progressive house and techno.
DJ Andy de Gage' started producing house and techno music himself in 2015. At first just as a hobby, but the enthusiasm kept growing, so that the first publication took place in 2019. Seb Zito is at the epicenter of the global underground. He has lived and experienced all the key musical movements of the last 30 years, from sweaty raves to pirate radio, US garage and UK house, to classy European minimal and sleek modern techno. With such a widened palette for sounds and styles, he crafts his sets with these experiences in mind to create a unique offering that sets him apart in the world of dance music. “My aim is to make people dance with tracks that go off on the floor,” he says, “but with a sprinkle of those emotional moments that bring out those special feelings.” His dancefloor educating has taken him across the globe, from the darkest basements to biggest festival stages; Space Miami and one of the original FUSE residents, Fabric night curator, WHP Manchester, Studio 338, Elrow and most sound systems around the White Island of Ibiza have all had the pleasure to amplify Seb’s sounds. In the studio, his style is best categorized under irresistible groove, which has taken his music to most of the leading dance music labels across the world. His innate desire to not be constrained by styles or genres, to push outside of his comfort zone and disrupt expectations will forever encapsulate and keep dancers on their toes.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen! This is Il Modo and you are in tune to our infamous podcast. Every week we transport our listeners all around Planet Progressive, and return with another exclusive DJ Mix... let's see where we have landed today. 

Germany calls, and at the home of an established DJ and music producer. He has delivered a set full of dance-floor bangers as well as a load of his own productions for you to enjoy, so lets get in the mix with Andy De Gage!

DJ Andy de Gage is a talented DJ and Producer specialising in melodic house and techno music. Born and raised in Germany, Andy discovered his passion for music at an early age. His journey into the world of electronic music began in
early 2018 when he decided to pursue a career as a DJ and started producing his own beats.

Andy took his first steps as a DJ in regional clubs, bars, and discotheques,
where he honed his skills and developed a keen sense for various music styles.
He got his first big break at the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), where he
participated in a label showcase hosted by Tanzgemeinschaft, Chrome Records, and EMA. His high-energy sets and ability to captivate audiences quickly made him a sought-after DJ in the scene.

One of his most memorable performances was at the "Zug der Liebe" event in
Berlin, where he performed with the label Vorwärts Musik. Andy boasts a broad
repertoire, ranging from deep house to classic house and into melodic and
progressive techno. This musical diversity is also reflected in his productions.
In 2015, DJ Andy de Gage ventured into producing his own music. 

Since then, he has collaborated with several labels, including Sunexplosion, 200 DB, Datatech, Sounds of Meow, Melodic Tunes, MEGAO, Krafted Underground, Tanzgemeinschaft, Chrome Recordings, and QR Sound Records. His works have also been released under
labels such as Vorwärts Musik, LIKE THAT UNDERGROUND, Reckoning.records, City of Drums, Hexagonal, and Klangrebellion.

Andy de Gage is renowned not only for his impressive DJ sets, but also for his
ability to create unique and captivating tracks that are played in clubs and
festivals worldwide. With his dedication to music and creative approach, he
remains a significant figure in the electronic music scene.

In his free time, Andy continues to experiment with new sounds and technologies to further develop his music. He is always striving to provide his fans with an unforgettable experience, whether through his performances or his productions. Enjoy the mix!

Obocynne is a new artist and producer who grew up in a musical family where music has always been a natural part of life. She began experimenting with Logic Pro in 2023 as a way to express her emotions, and in the spring of 2024 she began an education in music production.
Her debut single Scars of Silence was released via NvrEndngLoop and was followed by Primordial Echo on Bullybeatz Recordings. A collaboration will be released later this year, and in 2025 she will also start a new project together with another artist.

Obocynne is inspired by several amazing producers such as Reza Golroo, Giancarlo Di Chiara, Aaron King, David Phoenix, Monococ and San Nicolas – people she looks up to and whose music means a lot to her.
