April’s edition comes from Martin Fredes.

Martin is an Argentine-Italian DJ and Producer currently based in Barcelona.  His sets are filled with stories, chords, and grooves that captivate audiences. 

He has performed at renowned venues around the world, including Pacha (Barcelona), Cova Santa (Ibiza), Colorado Charlie (Netherlands), and various other countries. 

Martin has shared the stage with international DJ’s such as Nick Warren, Deer Jade, Sebastien Leger, Rodriguez Jr, Armen Miran, Landikhan, Fur Coat, Fedele, Parallels, and many others. He is also a member of The Soundgarden team led by Nick Warren.

With his distinctive style and ability to blend different genres of electronic music, Martin Fredes has made a lasting impact on the music scene, taking his music to new heights and captivating audiences worldwide with his unmatched talent.

Hello Everyone, and Welcome to our final exclusive Progcast of 2023. Strap yourself in for our last trip around planet progressive for this year. We've taken a short trip from the South of England, to the hallowed North ... Manchester awaits you, and the home of a DJ who has achieved so much in such a short space of time. Please make some noise for the Manchild!!


Manchild, AKA Daz Smith is a Greater Manchester based DJ who refuses to be pigeon-holed, due to him playing what he wants. Comfortable with playing at any time on a line-up, whether that be warm-up, peak or closing time, all the Manchild cares about is that the crowd have the most untold time. 

After only getting back into DJing in 2019, and after a very long absence for family reasons, he fell back in love with the more Progressive sound all over again. Daz quickly became resident for Manchester brand ‘Up Close And Personal Mcr’, indulging in breaks, melodic techno, indie dance and more; Manchild's versatility allows him to flit seamlessly between all of the above. 

Since 2019 he has shared lineups and DJ space with James Zabiela, Cristoph, Anthony Pappa, Jody Wisternoff, Marsh, Cosmic Gate, Grum, John 00 Fleming, Richie Blacker, Mr Sosa, Estiva, My Friend, Fehrplay, Marcus James (Renaissance), Dave Pearce, Diode Eins, Tommy Farrow, John Kelly, Dave Beer and many more at venues such as London's Ministry of Sound, EGG, the Steel Yard and Manchester's Stage & Radio and Joshua Brooks' legendary basement. 

Already in early 2023 he has supported and handed the decks to technical wizard James Zabiela at Mains Castle in Dundee for 'Music is the Answer', and he's done exactly the same for the mighty Cristoph, and Cosmic Gate when supporting them on the UK leg of their 'MOSAIIK Chapter II' World Album tour at Joshua Brooks. Daz not only handed the decks over to Cristoph but also played B2B with him for a little while too. 

With more forthcoming gigs TBA, the Manchild is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Hello and welcome to the Exclusive Series (with Subcode) Featuring the skills and talents of Dublin's unique trio of Electronic music artists, Fusion Underground.

Each month we highlight each of our DJ's Glenn Molloy/Gorgonoize, Soulfinder and Khankra, with a 2 hour set aired every 4th Thursday of the month.

For December and our final show of 2023, it is back to Soulfinder for yet another outstanding 2 hours, packed full of brand new music, special edits and hot ID's from the man himself.

Hailing from Dublin Ireland, Stephen Hogg has had a passion and a love for electronic music from a very young age. Inspired by artists such as Sasha, and other monoliths of progressive house music. Stephen knew it was his destiny to eventually follow in the footsteps of these musical masterminds and carve a niche of his own, as Soulfinder.

Naturally this form was something that his love and passion had evolved itself into, and Soulfinder quickly began to learn the ropes and make a lot of headway in a short time period. before long he had his very first release published on Outside The Box Music (owned and operated by Elke Kleijn). In 2009 he was voted best newcomer as his debut album Wasteland was voted album of the year on Swiss National Radio. That lead him to perform at the legendary Love Festival later the same year.

After many releases hitting the big numbers in various charts, by 2023 Stephen has seen his music released on BlackHole, Spring Tube, Soundteller amongst many other high quality marques.

Soulfinder, with Khankra & Gorgonoize now form Fusion Underground, between them earning many accolades and garnering countless individual and collective projects, in and around the local and international scene. Ste recently headlined two gigs in Belfast, to huge local admiration and fanfare.

Soulfinder has found recent success once more with tracks such as "Frankie" & "Snow Leopard" getting air time from spinners such as Anthony Pappa, Harry Lemon and many more. 2024 will see fresh impetus from him, and the rest of FU, looking forward to more exposure on Ireland's clubbing scene.

Hello and welcome to the Exclusive Series (with Subcode)

Featuring the skills and talents of Dublin's unique trio of Electronic music artists, Fusion Underground. Each month we highlight each of our DJ's Glenn Molloy/Gorgonoize, Soulfinder and Khakra, with a 2 hour set aired every 4th Thursday of the month.

This month, we kick off the new year in smart fashion with Khankra, Dave Morrissey, for yet another outstanding 2 hours. 

Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Khankra’s passion for electronic music started at a young age and has continued to evolve with time. Khankra’s roots have always been entwined in hypnotic grooves, rolling basslines and driving melodies.

At 17 he purchased his first set of 1210’s and from there he began forging a name for himself in the Dublin scene, playing at nights across some of the city’s best clubs like The Redbox, The Pod, the Button Factory, Traffic, Mono, The Chocolate Bar.

After somewhat of a hiatus from the scene, in 2014 Khankra had the opportunity to warm up for industry icon, and personal hero, Sasha at The Button Factory.

Following this, Khankra teamed up with the Melodic Residents and handed the headphones over to some other industry legends during this time, including Nick Warren, Sebastien Leger, Los Soruba, The Drifter and Guy J on a number of memorable occasions.

In late 2019, Khankra teamed up with DJ’s Glenn Molloy and Soulfinder to form Fusion Underground. Since then the group have started the Fusion Underground Mix series, which has had some excellent support across the industry and continues to grow.

Khankra has a number of Production projects in play, adding to his releases already on Compatible Records. We should also expect to see Khankra and some top acts playing at Fusion Underground gigs in the near future!
