To Let It Go I Let It Stay

DBT Peer Connections (DBTPC) is a peer support community created for and by peers who are dedicated to improving their emotional health through daily  dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills practice. DBTPC peers are committed to learning, practicing, educating others about, and building mastery of DBT skills.

In DBT, skills training proceeds through four training modules that each comprise distinct sets of skills including core mindfulness skills, distress tolerance skills, emotion regulation skills, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. 

In addition to building a supportive community around DBT skills practice, DBTPC promotes peer support leadership, and advocates for mental health destigmatization through sharing our mental health struggles from a perspective of hope and recovery. 

Finally, DBTPC is an ALL-INCLUSIVE community, which means we respect and welcome human differences non-judgmentally, willingly and humbly. With more than 16 countries represented in the DBTPC community, it is essential that DBTPC promotes and practices wise mind through compassionate,  radical acceptance of all cultural, ethnic, spiritual, political, and personal points of view.
