Helping me Draw The Line this week it’s Aimee from Leeds in the UK. She’s been involved in the nightlife scene since the age of 17 where she danced, performed and promoted many club events. Her passion for dance music led to her learning to mix in 2020. She loves to blend her favourite tracks together in different ways and making people happy doing so is a feeling of which she'll never get bored. She’s been learning production for the past year and will continue to work hard so she can share with the world the weird and wonderful ideas in her head.

I think we all know everything. But we only do so when we are fully aligned and have access to the source. But this acces is blocked because of all our trauma. The more we heal and the more we understand that we are not seperated from each other, and the more we are able to love ourselves and therefore the others as well and we fully embody that the more access we get. Of course it has to do something with your natural state of mind knowing that you have no more importance than everything else. By knowing this universe can give you access to all the wisdom out there because there is no more risk that you can be corrupted.

What is Cosmic Music Movement

It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything are accepted and welcome! We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low, feminine and masculine energies changing. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

If you are able to surrender to all the music that will be presented to you during the Cosmic Music Movement, by tuning into the frequency of people who like it, then you have a perfect training for life. If you can find joy in everything, you are perfectly able to surf the waves of life. Letting go of fear and welcoming trust and love. Remember you are just a shift of perception away from satisfaction, always! See what you have and be thankful for that, so abundance is created in your life instead of lack.

Rob da Bank dips his toe in one of Europe’s fastest growing dance music scenes: Croatia. Rob meets the DJs, promoters and artists hoping to transform Croatia’s image from war torn province to clubbing hotspot. Great weather and generous licensing laws make Croatia an attractive target for international promoters, but can it survive it’s own success?

Beginning on Zrce beach (which some people are calling the new Ibiza) Rob joins 4,000 open-air clubbers to hear techno legend Sven Vath at club Papaya. He visits the Garden Festival where promoter Nick Colgan is leading the charge for British organized festivals, and sets sails on the Argonaughty boat party hosted by Crazy P before playing a sunset DJ set.

Contributors include Charlie 2na (Jurrassic 5), Norman Jay (Good Times sound system), Sven Vath, Marko from Gramophondzie, and Noah Ball - organizer of the biggest dubstep event anywhere to date, Outlook festival in Pula.

Iman Deeper is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose passion for house music was born on the bustling streets of Tehran. He honed his craft in Rome before settling in the German capital, where he has become a fixture of the underground music scene.

Over the past 12 years, Iman has played at some of Berlin's most iconic venues, including Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke, and Arena. He has also held residencies at Club R19, AVA, and Urban Spree, among others. His live performances and DJ sets have been featured at a variety of events and festivals, including Feel Festival and Monis Rache Festival, Camp Tipsy and more.

Iman's talent as a composer is evident in his work for high-profile clients such as Audi Deutschland, Vice Magazine, and Decompose Magazine. His passion for creating otherworldly soundscapes has also led him to explore TV and game compositions, where his cinematic style shines through. His ability to blend his experience in these areas makes for a unique and captivating musical experience that transports listeners to new dimensions.

In addition to his live performances and compositions, Iman hosts a radio show on Kittikun Minimal Techno Shoutcast. His 99 episodes are available for download on SoundCloud and showcase his impeccable taste in music.

2021 marks a new chapter for Iman, as he launches his own record label, Deed Music. The imprint will feature both his own work and that of talented up-and-coming artists across a range of electronic genres.

Iman Deeper's love for house music and techno is evident in every aspect of his work, from his live performances to his compositions and radio shows. With a decade of experience behind him and a bright future ahead, he is a must-see for anyone who loves electronic music.
