Haoma is a project by Behnam Zekavat, His approach to deep atmospheric house and minimal techno reveals his signature sound inspired by the nature and his knowledge and experience with sacred plants.  

His Musical journey started with playing guitar in early 2000’S, The decade of digital takeover in the music world even in Iran! In the middle of the same decade he learned to play electronic guitar, setting the tone for a better understanding of the sound and soon he got his hands on his first DAW, a place to experiment and allow the ideas to manifest themselves. Those were the days that he also played lead guitar in their underground alternative cover band. 

Alongside his degree in sound engineering, Haoma has been around already for over 2 decades in the real underground scene of Tehran’s both party and studio life, collecting experience and pursuing his passion for music.   In 2021 Haoma enters a new cycle of his music career by releasing his debut EP “Light Of The Mind” on Berlin based independent label Deed Music, a journey to classic warmth of Acid Jazz influenced Deep House of Haoma created in his studio right under the sleeping volcano mountain of Damavand!

The forthcoming single from Stavroz's third EP on Moodfamily "Bleached Flamingo EP" is an
emotional rollercoaster. As a threatening wave, violins rush to you in the opening moments
and lay down a foundation on which a deceiving seven count groove comfortably settles. An
upsetting atmosphere haunts you through the first minutes. Until halfway, the song suddenly
blossoms when a weeping synth starts the theme and paves the way for the saxophone to take
over effortlessly. Together, they conclude the song in unison, delighted to have found each
other.

Iman Deeper is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose passion for house music was born on the bustling streets of Tehran. He honed his craft in Rome before settling in the German capital, where he has become a fixture of the underground music scene.

Over the past 12 years, Iman has played at some of Berlin's most iconic venues, including Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke, and Arena. He has also held residencies at Club R19, AVA, and Urban Spree, among others. His live performances and DJ sets have been featured at a variety of events and festivals, including Feel Festival and Monis Rache Festival, Camp Tipsy and more.

Iman's talent as a composer is evident in his work for high-profile clients such as Audi Deutschland, Vice Magazine, and Decompose Magazine. His passion for creating otherworldly soundscapes has also led him to explore TV and game compositions, where his cinematic style shines through. His ability to blend his experience in these areas makes for a unique and captivating musical experience that transports listeners to new dimensions.

In addition to his live performances and compositions, Iman hosts a radio show on Kittikun Minimal Techno Shoutcast. His 99 episodes are available for download on SoundCloud and showcase his impeccable taste in music.

2021 marks a new chapter for Iman, as he launches his own record label, Deed Music. The imprint will feature both his own work and that of talented up-and-coming artists across a range of electronic genres.

Iman Deeper's love for house music and techno is evident in every aspect of his work, from his live performances to his compositions and radio shows. With a decade of experience behind him and a bright future ahead, he is a must-see for anyone who loves electronic music.
