Recorded on September 23, 2013.. on state lands in Allegany Co., NY. The distant scream and follow up call, of a Barred Owl. My sleeping sounds and the sounds of a closer Blue Jay, can also be heard.
Equipment used.. is a Sony PCM-M10 recorder, and a pair of Sony ECM-55b mics.

Night-time recording as I'm sleeping (snoring pretty good too) between 1:30 and 2:30 am dated Aug 8, 2008, but the lack of katydid insect noise at night tells me it may be a month later. In July 2007 I experienced multiple small bipedal unidentified humanoid-like entities one evening not 90 ft. from this recording location adjacent to heavy woods.An intensive period of what I call nocturnal "contact" occurred over the course of many evenings for 18 months to 2 years thereafter but never another personal upclose sighting. This recording is putatively of something capable of clacking "rocks" and reaching a six and a half foot window screen while moving bipedally and at times uttering whisper like vocals.I think (and in a way hope) this was something like Bigfoot but I can not prove what continued to make many such contacts......my fear is that if it is not Bigfoot and not a human trespasser (highly unlikely risking being shot/arrested)......then just what in the heck could it have been.The complexity of the rhythm of rock-like clacking noises synchronized with what sounded like "screen raps" suggests some unknown capability in Bigfoot behavior or something not popularly acknowledged.As I have never had similar suspected BF recordings shared with me to my knowledge I have to assume this is an unknown entity making "contact".
