Biographie:

CHIME (Jonno Teegelbeckers and Bart Jansen) is an innovating house duo from the Netherlands. They distinguish themselves from other DJ-acts through assembling live percussion with original productions. In these tracks they are know for having mysterious sounds combined with hard yet catchy beats. This all comes together as an organic and perfectly flowing set.
CHIME has known each other since early on in their lives. Combined with the fact that they have a mutual passion for house music, it was inevitable for them to start creating and performing music together.
Starting out as a drummer, Jonno has been creating rhythms since the age of 10, flowing over into house percussion at 17. At that same age, Bart bought a CDJ-100 and taught himself the tricks of the trade when it comes to mixing tracks. This led him to start producing his own electronic tracks.
Both Bart and Jonno had been working on their own tracks in Logic Pro X for a while, and after some collaborating they decided to join forces and get to work as a duo. Bart shared his knowledge in mixing tracks with Jonno, and together they having been building tracks ever since. For them there is no better feeling than getting to share their own productions with the crowd. Their hard work paid off in the form of residency at ‘Blauw Gras’.

BRAAF Records: Tech House/Techno

BRAAF is a Breda label founded by Bart Zweers and Max mens in 2015. And is an independent underground Techno & Tech House music label with sold out showcases.

Bart had an organizing career in dance music before they decided to take a challenge and create a platform to release music they like. Since 2017 BRAAF Records is ran by Bart only with 2 experienced Techno artists and producers Jeffrey Hek - Deep Dimension (Coincidence Records) and Rik Watts (GEM records, SAY What?) as A&R managers.

The label is a platform for rising stars and already established artists to get their music out to the masses.

Axial (Michel Bras) has been involved in electronic music for over a decade. Spending most of his time in the studio experimenting with sound and technique helped in part due to his expansive understanding and knowledge of all variations of music.

The 26-year-old is becoming a versatile artist, skillfully combining new techno records with genre classics, acid and industrial tracks, while adding pressure to his expressive and emotive sets at the same time.

Axial also incorporates live-elements into his sets to elevate his performance above the regular DJing. With an arsenal of hardware, he never fails to deliver an impressive show. By using samples, plug-ins, midi’s and a synthesizer, Axial strives to create a sound-experience for the listener that is unique and memorable.

Rowen Clark is a prominent tech house DJ hailing from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He began his career in the electronic music scene in the early 2000s, quickly making a name for himself with his unique and energetic sound. With a passion for groovy, uptempo beats, Rowen has become a sought-after DJ in the tech house genre, performing at some of the biggest clubs and parties both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Awesta Darhwesh (also known as Awiwa) is a DJ/producer of electronic music, living in Rotterdam. While spending the biggest part of his life in the Netherlands, Awiwa was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. He and his family moved to the Netherlands in 1998 and this is where his educational path started.

Being educated as an audio/visual-technician has a great influence on his musical approach. During his studies, Awiwa learned the proper techniques to handle the gear he now uses to create his tracks. Inspired by artists such as Chris Liebing, K!NK and Gaiser, Awiwa also learned how to convert his skill into playing hybrid DJ-sets. His sets contain a varied mix of genres such as Minimal, Techno and Ambient.

Imprint Artists is following
