Salvo Pizzuto is a DJ producer born in the Italian peninsula, who has always had a passion for deeper electronic music, clubbing and listening to his favorite DJs over time have shaped his tastes to the point that it is. currently. Salvo started DJing around 2017 at various underground parties in his hometown and is one of the very few DJs in Sicily to promote deep / experimental techno. His inspirations come from the wonderful nature that surrounds him and from mysticism. Its sound is based on dark and ambient percursions and modulations.
Salvo is constantly growing, always looking for new hypnotic and atmospheric sounds that can lead the listener on a mental journey by recreating soundscapes.

It's 1st February and for our monthly episode of the podcast series, the eighteenth opus is dedicated to a long-time friend and artist - Souleiman aka lunar convoy. Co-founder of the excellent deep techno label @norite and founder of the experimental ambient label @efja, resident at Brussels radio station @kioskradio, organiser of the renowned Metropolis parties with his brother-in-arms @sonhan, where some of the finest DJs on the scene have played, Souleiman is an artist who cannot be ignored in the Belgian techno music scene, With excellent sets like his Lunology series, or when he's invited to the most cutting-edge techno festivals or the legendary @fusebrussels club, the artist is blazing an uncompromising trail, with a precise, infallible signature that's at once minimalist, mental and multi-genre, combining the qualities of a high-flying digger with a seasoned mastery of the turntables and a sense of narrative. Introducing deep listening and ecstatic abandonment during dances at parties in the rural areas of the countryside, Joseph started djing when he was very young. Over time, he rose to prominence, becoming a landmark first in Milan’s city and then in European techno circles, skillfully navigating between underground events and the world of fashion.

In 2018 Joseph made his debut as a producer capturing the ears and hearts of DJs and dancers thanks to his hypnotic and ritualistic sound. He gained immediate support from renowned artists in the scene, including Jane Fitz, Vladimir Ivkovic and Alexis Le-Tan, just to name a few.

From that moment, Joseph has continued to expand his interest in sound research, constantly raising his DJ sets and music productions to a higher level. His ability to create engaging musical narratives, focusing on the sound mixing and creating a continuum sonoro from the first to the last track, has made his performances for the body and mind of the dancers, deforming the concept of time and space, bringing them into a deep state of trance.

Joseph's meticulous musical exploration reflects an eclectic style infused with an attitude that expresses his deep love for the land of origin. Specifically, his connection with the Italian culture of electronic and experimental music, reaching ambient, techno and trance of the '90s and 2000s has shaped his sound, elevating this musical heritage to a higher level, transcending the boundaries of genres. The result is an escape from reality with a vortex of sounds that immerse listeners in a new dimension of collective hypnosis. 

Evocative, refined and ever-changing journeys have been released on prominent labels such as R.i.O., Oslated, Sound Metaphors, Invisible Inc., Kalahari Oyster Cult, Elephant Gait and Lustpoderosa. In 2020, Joseph founded Blue Sea Studio at the gates of Milan, which has become his creative forge for the production and sound design of contemporary music and original soundtracks.

Joseph's extraordinary skills, both as a DJ and music producer, have made him shine in numerous clubs and festivals across Europe, including Salon Des Amateurs, Der Kindergarten, Planeta Za, Yaga Gathering, Nextones, Klub 20/44 and Pirelli Hangar Bicocca. He continually challenges himself creatively and his fascinating and compelling impact on the music scene is set to grow in the coming years as he continues to stimulate the minds and bodies of dancers with his unique interpretation of hypnotical and trance oriented sound.

Juan Camilo Arias, conocido en el mundo musical como Fractal Mind, y actualmente como Triangular Mycelium, es un artista cuyo talento y creatividad lo han llevado a destacar en la escena electrónica, es originario de Manizales, Caldas y ha forjado su carrera sobre una base de exploración sonora y experimentación creativa.

Desde sus inicios en el año 2017, Triangular Mycelium ha venido trabajando para forjar su estilo distintivo, el cual se caracteriza por la creación de estructuras y paisajes sonoros envolventes. Sus géneros principales son el Techno, Deep Techno y Ambient, donde combina ritmos cautivadores con texturas profundas y atmósferas hipnóticas.

Actualmente esta radicado en España donde continúara expandiendo su influencia en la escena electrónica internacional. 

Sus dos últimos lanzamientos han sido bajo los sellos discográficos DZB Records y Modern Minimal, donde ha podido mostrar un poco su perspectiva sonora.

Con una dedicación constante a su arte y una pasión por explorar nuevos territorios musicales, Juan Camilo sigue desafiando los límites de la creatividad como Triangular Mycelium, consolidándose como una figura prominente en la escena electrónica contemporánea.

A. Brehme is a DJ and producer who is born and raised in Brussels. An audiophile with a worrying obsession about music who gradually developed a definite personal approach with a firm focus on deep atmospheres and hypnotic vibes enveloping the last twenty years of musical history. 

Since the age of twenty he's a regular guest at one of Europe's most renowned techno clubs Fuse in Brussels. The rest of Belgium soon followed: in growing numbers he performed at venues all over the country and abroad, Brehme made his first release on Coincidence Records in 2014

As a resident dj at the booming Sunday afternoon concept Technoon in Brussels and the infamous Hertz nights in Antwerp, he proves that he excels in constructing both short, profound and lengthy intensifying sets whether it’s as a warm-up act, during peak time slots or throughout late morning closing sessions.
