Based in Barcelona, Mod.1 is an uprising artist well known in town for his long vinyl sets and his in-depth knowledge of analog machines. 
Despite his celebrated oldschool taste, he's constantly trying to figure out how the future will sound and he is always exploring new possibilities in the studio.
His vision is pretty clear and what he has to say musically is promising: a mixture between profound melodies and strong percussions that lead to certain mental atmospheres only reachable by the finest techno. 
Mod.1 debuted as a producer with a track released by Node Recordings followed by another one in Post Dynamic.

Virescence records is a musical label influenced by the natural transformation of plants, their pigmentation and metamorphosis, and since this process is applicable to musical interpretation, we want to show listeners that convergence between the mind and the natural, universal and psychic environment that surrounds every living being in the world, expanding their perception of the details that surround nature and the universe.
