Bio:
 Aurganic is an experimental electronic/alternative project of two long-time friends Mike and Leo. Originally high school classmates, they were members in a number of local punk rock bands until life separated them for a number of years. As the time passed the tastes had changed. They reconnected musically in 2010 finding a lot of common ground. This time it was electronica, art rock and jazz that dominated the ideas flowing from them. Without further ado, the duo recorded instrumental sessions in a format of a self-titled EP, discovering how well they complimented each other with Leo’s strong production skills and Mike’s compositional ideas.

Taking the project to the next level, Aurganic released a self-produced full-length album entitled “Life as a Canvas” in March of 2012. The album included multiple vocal and instrumental guest appearances from local Toronto artists. As a result, the new material emphasized the introduction of song writing to
the duo’s sound. “Life as a Canvas” was well received by the public, praising the clever mix of live and electronic instruments, as well as pristine technical execution.

Riding the creative wave, Aurganic got back into the studio to record a full length follow up "Deviations" featuring the familiar collaborators. The album material puts a strong emphasis on songwriting and vocal oriented ideas but does not lose the signature layered production and rich instrumentation. "Deviations" is to be released on September 24th, 2013.

After a short hiatus but no stranger to the genre, Meta has released 11 country singles with songwriters Mike Jones and the late Jerry Jake Howard Sr. over the span of five years from 2018 to 2022. Today, her collaborative relationship with songwriter Denise Dimin introduces her listeners again to the genre that was a huge part of her early years growing up in the historical city of Melaka.

 "This track has a special story behind it, and it is wonderful to once more revisit a genre that was a huge part of my childhood. The local Portuguese community has a deep love for Country music and all the traditional weddings and events I recall attending over the years always featured Country favourites" 
Originally recorded as a pop jazz version (coming soon), Dimin received a unique request from a music supervisor that inspired the creation of a country version as well! 

"So this is sort of a teaser, or think of it as an appetizer for the main course, which WILL BE MY NEW ALBUM! What's NEXT? Stay tuned!"
