Rhizome is the alter-ego of Youssef El Idrissi, a multidisciplinary artist and cultural engineer that uses his art as a gateway to to raise counsciousness by getting into the subconscious and putting seeds that will grow horizontally in the minds and hearts to open us up to the verticality of the Holy Being; in fact, "rhizome has no beginning or end; it is always in the middle, between things, interbeing, intermezzo."

After travelling around the globe, Yorrick rediscovered a love for the Dutch language. Speurtocht roughly translates to scavenge hunt, 
but that doesn't quite capture the mystery and the sense of losing one-self on such a journey that the Dutch definition holds.
Music itself feels like this for him; an endless adventure with many different paths which ought to be explored.
Yorrick has been producing for over 13 years and slowly found his way into experimental dance music. 
He is moved by lush atmospheres, deep basses and grooves to shake your hips to.
Speurtocht is his outlet where he combines these three and turns them into different little adventures. 
His first EP 'Trails of Dance' is the start of his own 'speurtocht'.
