Still Music is based in Chicago, IL, and is the brainchild of Jerome Derradji. Now in its seventh year, Still Music has been instrumental in the worldwide proliferation of some of America’s freshest underground dance music. From raw disco to beautiful, refined techno, and stopping at every tempo and mood between and beyond, Still Music and its sublabels Past Due and Love For Music have found room to include artists both established and new, releasing what can only be described as GOOD music. 

This is the natural way of working for Mr. Derradji, who moved to the US in 2000 and cut his teeth working with various record shops and electronic music distributors in Chicago. He decided to launch Still Music in 2004, with the inaugural release featuring Amp Fiddler from Detroit remixing Patchworks from France. With this template set, Still Music went on to release music from veteran dance producers such as Rick Wilhite and Gerald Mitchell, while also stretching out into other genres on Randolph’s “Lonely Eden” album and Seun Kuti’s political afrobeat on “Think Africa”. Still also dropped the In The Dark compilation, showcasing the then-emerging Detroit house sound and featuring the production debut of Keith Worthy, which was touted as Groove Magazine’s #1 release the month it came out. These credentials have earned Still Music “Label of the Month” status in XLR8R magazine and on leading dance music site Resident Advisor. 

Not satisfied with Still Music’s impressive breadth and depth, Jerome also launched two highly successful sublabels to compliment the main label. Past Due records is the place for long-forgotten independent disco and funk gems to be unearthed, reissued, and remixed by modern producers, bringing artists like DIT and Greyship Daviz into the spotlight they (wrongfully!) never achieved the first time around. Love For Music (also known as Stilove4music) is the label dedicated to more underground sounds, from disco edits to lo-fi house and techno madness.

Musicalmente considera-se uma pessoa de gosto ecléctico, tendo a sua grande paixão centrada nas sonoridades que surgiram de Manchester na onda pós punk.

As suas performances gravitam em torno da música Electro, Hard Electro e da música Indie.

O projecto iNDKTR (indiecator), resume-se a um projecto de controlorismo, onde as sonoridades serpenteiam em torno da música Electro e da música Indie. O nome controlorismo surge pela utilização de controladores midi personalizados para o conceito, para controlo de softwares específicos de manipulação do som. O termo surge do "turntablismo", que era a manipulação do som através das "turntables"(gira-discos).
O resultado é um "live act", onde se assiste à produção de som ao vivo, partindo de temas conhecidos e atingindo sempre o desconhecido e a novidade.

O projecto teve o seu início em 2008 com a sua apresentação oficial no Collect.Tiff ( Colectivo de artistas de artes plásticas e música).

Have always lived closely connected to the music, and for most of his life used the same as a psychological catharsis, having just recently begun to share with the public what has been accumulated over the years. 
He plays several instruments including the piano with classical conservatory degree.

It has produced its own themes and remixed themes from other artists.

Musically he considers himself has a person of eclectic taste, with great passion focused on the sounds that emerged from the Manchester post-punk wave.

Their performances revolve around Electro, Hard Electro and Indie music.

The iNDKTR (indiecator) project, boils down to a draft of controlorism, where the sounds surround the Electro music and Indie music. The name comes Controlorism is due to the use of custom made midi controllers for the concept, to control specific software to manipulate the sound. The term comes from the "Turntable", which was the manipulation of sound through the turntables. 

The result is a live act ", which show´s the live production of sound, starting with familiar themes and reaching always to the unknown and new!

The project born in 2008 with its debut at Collect.Tiff (Collective for artists of visual arts and music).
