How Do You Know That Energy Pull Really Works?

Have you lost someone close to you? Does it feel like the end of the world? I am sorry for your loss. Would you like to move on a little bit from the heartache?

What have you made real, vital and valuable about grief that keeps you from living your own life? Everything that is, will you now destroy and uncreate all of that?
Everywhere you have misidentified grief as an expression of love, will you now destroy and uncreate all of that?
Everywhere you have made this reality real, vital and valuable that prevents you from having a totally different reality, of well-being, of freedom, of your own choice, will you now destroy and uncreate all of that? 
Everywhere you are making the departed being as an excuse not to live your own life, will you now destroy and uncreate all of that?
Everywhere you are reacting out of cellular memories and making it as your life and living, will you now destroy and uncreate all of that?
