This event boasts a venue with a massive PA system, professional stage, and a state-of-the-art lighting setup, making it one of the largest ecstatic dances in the United States. Nevada City is home to many top music producers who create music specifically for ecstatic dance, ensuring that the caliber of producers and DJs here is among the highest in the country. I had the pleasure of warming the dancefloor for Shiny Things, and therefore chose to play in my new vein of dirty hip hop and guilty pleasure pop songs.  The dancefloor was frothing by 10:45 ;)  I had  a blast and it was a beautiful night at The Waverley.
